I called this morning and he told me he could come to look at my house in 35 minutes, over an hour goes by and I try to call him and he blocked my number with no reasoning or communication. BEWARE!!! He is not a good man. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Edit : I hope if you are reading this review, you also read his reviews in response. It will show you how much of a crude, nasty person he is. Threatening a young woman with her address as seen in his below response. Beware of him. Please stay safe and do not make the mistake in calling his number as I did.
Very professional, knows how to get things solved quickly and responded very quickly with phone call communication before and after the job. Also, very courteous. I would have to say Frank's is the "real deal"!
When you call to get an estimate whoever answered the phone is completely rude and unprofessional. When asking simple questions he prefers to do a over the phone “versus coming in person to work out a good deal. Do not use this company they will overcharge and under deliver Beware. Don’t get caught using a bad and rude contractor. I’ve worked with several contractors on my home renovations and this company is a buyer be aware he will overcharge you for bad work please be sure to understand this company is completely bad and Half the time doesn’t even listen to what you have to say. Zero stars should definitely be an option for guys like this. Also forgot to mention that when I began to tell him that the bed that he gave me over the phone was too high he hung up the phone and blocked me ????♀️????♀️????♀️????♀️
