Sandoval Roofing just completed the complete replacement of the roof on my house. The result was an good-looking new roof that will last a long time. It is also so attractive that several neighbors have complimented me on its appearance! This is the third job that Sandoval Roofing has done for me, and they have delivered again. The project was several months in planning due to a solar power installation subsequent to the roof install, but they arrived on the agreed day, on time and went right to work. The tear-off went smoothly and was finished on day one. I was surprised it went so quickly, as the house is not small and the roof is fairly steep. Their truck left for the disposal of the tear-off at the end of the first day. The job also involved removing an older solar hot water heater. Extensive flashing was replaced for five skylights, as well as the flashing of all the vents and chimneys. The flashing was all painted to match the roof color which made it practically invisible.
