With the recent rain storm that brought tons of water onto our property and took out our power, we needed help ASAP in order to get our new gas generator up and running to run our sump pump. Raul responded to our inquiry immediately first thing on a Sunday morning and was at our house by noon. He very quickly helped us get our generator set up and working, and even brought a can of gasoline in case we needed it, allowing us to finally drain all the water that had accumulated in our basin. We had additional work that we had been wanting to do in order to replace our sump pump, but couldn't find the right person for the job. Raul was willing to come back the very next day to replace our old pump with a new one. He complete that work, in the rain, very quickly.
