Excellent technician arrived during the promised window and clearly knew what he was doing when our thermostat failed a few days ago. We’ve been using Green Heating and AC Rеpair for many years for our twice-annual inspections. Prices are more reasonable than other companies we’ve used.

So, we used to use this other group which I thought was pretty fair until a chance call from Green Heating and AC Repair pushing a service special that allowed me to take a chance let them come out. It has been the best decision that I have made in a long time! Green Heating and AC Repair not only takes time to repair issues if necessary, but are very proactive and conduct fixes on potential items before they become issues later. In addition, once the job is complete, the technician sits with you for 15 minutes or so after each visit to thoroughly explain what he has done, looks at the historical records to ensure any issues discovered during the last visit did not reoccur. Reviews he’s a recommendation on what he’d like to do during the next visit, And ensures that we are fully satisfied with the service before he leaves. That is Pretty damn great customer service! We are very happy that we switched to Green Heating and AC Repair and highly recommend that you do as well!

My tech was great. He went over everything he found and helped us evaluate where we might make some changes to get better airflow. He also performed a needed fix so we would not be charged for a follow up service. Very satisfied!
