Hansen's Plumbing & Mechanical - Drain Cleaning and Repair

Noticed water heater leaking quite badly at 7.30am, they opened at 8 and I called right at 8 and Megan in the office was very efficient and concerned for us and had someone here at the house by 8.50am! Ian was fantastic - friendly and very professional and obviously very proficient at his job. He had nothing but good things to say about working for the company. He explained everything about what he was doing and why. Ian made a real effort to make the install fit perfectly into a very tight and odd shaped space. He cleaned up thoroughly. This is the 3rd time we have used Hansen's. I do not think they are the cheapest outfit in town but I would rather pay a bit more for people I trust, that are happy in their work and do a fantastic job. Service: Water heater installation

Ron and Andy did a major job for me, taking out all the very old pipes and replacing them. They put in a lot of planning time to determine the best way to proceed. Andy took the time to explain everything to me. They were always on time, kept the house very clean, and gave me a great price. I am more than satisfied.
