Hansen's Plumbing & Mechanical - Drain Cleaning and Repair

These guys are the best! I have a friend who is a retired plumber who recommended Hansen’s. He said they were good, and straight shooters. I had one of the plumbing companies that sent out coupon mailers (Dutton’s Plumbing) before I called Hansen’s for a slow draining kitchen sink, and they wanted to dig up the front yard, run a new sewer line and charge over $16,000. I told them I’d need a second opinion. An hour later they called back and said they could knock off $1,000 if we would like to get started right away. I called Hansen’s for the second opinion, and they came out and found the problem quickly, starting with the most simple place to look rather than starting with replacing my sewer line. They found my problem and for a small fraction of the price of the other guys and a couple hours later I had a functioning kitchen drain! Would recommend these guys to anyone. You won’t be sorry, call Hansen’s for your plumbing issues! I know I will from now on!

I could not be happier with any service. Called in the morning, Andy was out by 11am, figured out the problem, ran back to get parts then returned and had the whole job done by 2:30. Nice, professional and even tried to save me money where he could. I Highly recommend Hansens.

Noticed water heater leaking quite badly at 7.30am, they opened at 8 and I called right at 8 and Megan in the office was very efficient and concerned for us and had someone here at the house by 8.50am! Ian was fantastic - friendly and very professional and obviously very proficient at his job. He had nothing but good things to say about working for the company. He explained everything about what he was doing and why. Ian made a real effort to make the install fit perfectly into a very tight and odd shaped space. He cleaned up thoroughly. This is the 3rd time we have used Hansen's. I do not think they are the cheapest outfit in town but I would rather pay a bit more for people I trust, that are happy in their work and do a fantastic job. Service: Water heater installation
