We had a leak under the sink on a weekend. I called and left voicemails with 2 other plumbers and when I called Mr. Rooter they actually answered the phone. They sent someone out within the hour. He was very friendly, professional, explained the problem and fixed it promptly. 5 days later and the other plumbers still haven't called me back. Next time I'll start by calling Mr. Rooter!

As a new customer I was impressed by the quick, courteous, and thorough service from start to finish Arturo explained the repair in advance, solved the problem quickly, and left everything in good condition.
