Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Very good service: professional, efficient, helpful, kind, but as others have said: they try to gauge you w/ pricing. They have pre-set prices for everything and originally quoted $420 to clear the bathroom drain once here and when I said no they came down to $150 which is a far more reasonable price for the actual work done. Roto Rooter was quick to respond. The entire crew was very nice, polite, and professional. They completed the work in a timely manner. Aldo was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would get home late in the evening and Miguel would be there, working hard as usual. The supervisors, Vincent and Jesus, were on top of it all, following up on matters and great at keeping me in the loop of things. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter to anyone who needs work done regarding plumbing. Had Sergio come by to check out a plumbing problem .. took a photo of our pump then called his supervisor for an estimate. Did not look inside the pump or check out what the problem was but quoted us $7100 - ended up having Mike Kimble pumbling come over the next day and fix the problem in under 2 hours for less than $300. Do not understand why Roto Rooter was so much more expensive but feel bad for the people that trust this business and end up paying way more than necessary.
