Teodore, the Repairman and Sergio, his Supervisor were very kind and professional after a long laborious day executed well. However, better communication between Rheem and Home Depot should be a lot better. My tank works fine and we have hot water ~ Hallelujah! Service: Water tank repair
Roto Rooter was quick to respond. The entire crew was very nice, polite, and professional. They completed the work in a timely manner. Aldo was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would get home late in the evening and Miguel would be there, working hard as usual. The supervisors, Vincent and Jesus, were on top of it all, following up on matters and great at keeping me in the loop of things.
