Omar was actually early and called to see if it would be alright if he came early. He was very personally interested in any possible issues and not just let's get in and service this air conditioner. He cared about my questions, answered all of them professionally and explained options thoroughly. This is a company I highly recommend and shall continue to use in the future. Update 8/29/23 Just had a brand new AC/Furnace unit installed. Everything came out top notch! Thank you AC Plus for going the extra mile, the install looks so clean and professional. Staff is friendly, relatable, very responsible, FAST and CLEAN! They beat the other quotes for same equipment and then added some extras and upgrades; and did it all in one day, instead of two. I have two more units that will need replacement. They will most definitely get my business again to replace those. Thank you!
