We called this company out to perform a diagnostic due to some perplexing electrical issues at our home. He came out, talked a lot to my husband and I, but did not do a whole lot of diagnosing. He looked in a conduit, and the panel. and did more hypothesizing than anything else. When he left, he was supposed to provide my husband with an estimate. Instead he took the $190 to diagnose, and ran without providing an assessment, diagnostic, or estimate. I am very discouraged by this and won't be doing business again. I am very disappointed as I need to fix the issues, not spend more money for no answers.
