I called Dan's AC on a Monday stating that my AC unit wasn't cooling properly. They sent a tech out the next day. Great! The tech was early for the appt. which was good. He was very thorough with his inspection and got to the root of the problem right away. Pulled out this capacitor unit that was faulty. He didn't have another capacitor on his truck so he had to go and get one. He came back about 15 minutes later with a new capacitor and replaced it. He then proceeded to flush or wash out the filters or condenser coil which surround the unit. So much dirt. We had our AC serviced last year by a different company and he didn't flush or wash out the these things. He also checked the coolant which was a bit low and how much it would cost for another 2 lbs, I asked him to go ahead and fill'er up. He was professional and courteous and said he'd be back to re-inspect the unit for any leakage in a week. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this company to my clients
