I don't recommend this company to anyone at all! They take their sweet time fixing their brand new units that break down easily & don't tell you that the units they sell have parts that have been discontinued so they can't get the parts for them. They give you a big run around & it's nothing but a waste of time & money because you're out of an ac/heater & finding yourself buying a portable AC unit for the summer just to stay cool in your 100° degree place & most likely going to be forced to buy a portable heater for the winter as well because this company is just plain out lazy & incompetent at doing their job!
