Cool people but their initial inspection estimated up to 3k for repairs to the sewer line when buying my house. Negotiated with the seller to give me the money for it. They came by again to prep for the job and realized it would cost 6k after another look. I get that it's gonna cost what it cost but now that extra 3k came out of my pocket instead of getting it from the seller. They did offer to replace my water line for free if it ran along the sewer line bc of the miscalculation. The work otherwise went as expected.
