These guys were awesome. I initially called due to a poor refrigerator water line installation. James was at my house within an hour and an hour later the problem was solved. He explained everything that he was doing, and also clued me into an improperly installed dishwasher tube. The next I had them come out to service my septic and check on the lid. Jonathan arrived promptly at 9 am, and went to work. They drained my tank and then told me I didn't need the lid replaced, something I was afraid of needing. My refrigerator line fix cost was $170. To have my septic pumped was $480 I feel both of these prices are fair. On both occasions the service was handled professionally and I will be a returning customer next time I need plumbing done.
