The Glass Shop

Purchased windows for my house like 5 years ago or so... well, one of my windows cracked just from sliding it open. The window is stiff and as we slid it, the window cracked. Called The Glass Shop a month ago and the lady said that I'm covered under warranty and gave me all of the information I needed to get a Milgard rep out to my house. Used the information she gave me and filled out Milgard's service form online and heard nothing back from Milgard. Called The Glass Shop again on Saturday(9/17/22) and they said they'll get back to me on Monday. Well, nobody called me so I called them the next day which would be today(9/20/22) and nobody had a clue about my situation. I had to explain my situation again and then the lady said she has to talk to someone about my situation and that they will call me back. Called me back 5 minutes later and told me that a cracked window isn't covered by my warranty and that I need to pay to get it replaced. Smh! I went onto Milgard's Website and checked

Juan the glass installer was very polite and courteous. He was very efficient and respectful of our property. He installed in a timely manner with awesome finish, he did a great job cleaning up after himself, awesome job!

Juan, Cruz and Mike where very professional & did an excellent job on the installation of our new windows.
