They were super busy of course it’s summer but he got back to me and was able to get on it within a day from when he called, the thing i would say i was very pleased with my unit was not serviced in 10 or more years had to be a mess and his tech didn’t leave any mess period anywhere when cleaning the coils. Also informed us of a part some other company installed that may have hurt the unit and disconnected it. Highly recommend this company. Service: A/C system maintenance
