Eric and his guys went above and beyond to help me find and fix the problem with my headlights which has been an on going issue for me for a year and theyvsolved the problem and everything works great im grateful to these guys forfixing my car issue and will be going to these guys more for car issues, I highly recommend going to these guys , they are highly knowledgeable and know their stuff and highly recommended. Called Eric at the beginning of January 2021regarding an electrical drain on my truck. I was informed that he was out for a short period of time working on another project and would get back to me when he was finished. Never heard a word back so I contacted him once again to remind him that my truck was down and just parked in the driveway unable to utilize and get registered. He apologized and stated that he was still finishing up another project and that it would not be much longer. I have been mislead and put off now until May 13, 2021 and now he has come up with another reason why he cannot get to it and that I should go else where. This is after I explained to him that I had to purchase another used vehicle temporary to get to and from work while in limbo waiting for him. Very sad that he finds it necessary to treat his customers in this fashion and strings them along. I would very much reconsider making contact with this organization unless you are into being strung along and
