The water heater was leaking at my mom's rental. She used home advisor to look for someone to replace it. She contacted Brian and Sons and they were very professional and honest. They came out right away. The first water heater installed had a defective part, but Roman came out the next day and installed a new water heater. Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with this company. We contracted them to do a plumbing repair in our rental unit on September 2, 2020. I cannot speak about the quality of their work as I wasn't present in our rental when the job was performed but I do have a lot to say about how company's management handled the payment. First, we received an original quote around $8,500, however the invoice received on September 10, 2020 was for $10,800. On that day the job wasn't even close to being completed (about half way done) but we received a call from management saying that the crew will not perform any further work until the invoice is paid in full (strange business practice, have never experienced this with any other company before) When my husband said he needs some time to review the charges and perform due diligence to ensure everything looks reasonable - the owner started raising his voice and demand payment, he also said that he would put a lien on our property for a failure

Had a new tankless water heater installed two weeks ago. The installation and product were fine. My issue is with the followup. Aurelio asked if they could come back and pick up the water heater the next day. I told him that would be fine and they left the old unit in the driveway. Two weeks later and the water heater is still sitting on my driveway. I have texted Aurelio several times about picking it up and he always responded that he was sorry and they would get it. The last text I sent to him went unanswered. If you decide to use this company, make sure they complete the entire job before leaving.
