I hired Dils Roofing to perform a 2nd roof inspection on my home in San Marcos, CA when I made an offer on the property in Q1 2022. The home was built in 1990 and the roof clearly showed wear. I was impressed by the comprehensiveness and the thoroughness of the report compiled for me - it contained numerous pictures and explanations of what was observed. The roof inspection report provided a clear picture of the quality of the roof, the roof's remaining life and the likely investment required to repair the roof if I purchased the house. This report was a significant factor for helping me decide whether or not to make an offer on the house.
