It's Sunday and I was installing a bidet attachment to our toilet when I broke the main thing where the water is coming from while I was tightening a bolt. Called a couple of plumbers that I found on Google but they both can't come in on a Sunday. We have 1 toilet and I don't have time to wait around. Third time's a charm! RMR answered my call and said they would be here in 2 hours! I texted after an hour since the call, just to check in and they answered that they will be coming. They texted again when they were 20 minutes away and it eased my anxiety. Eduardo and Angel pulled in and were very nice and respectful of the property. They wore those shoe socks things to keep our floor clean while they walked in and out of the house from their truck to the bathroom. They did what needed to be done very quickly and made sure they cleaned after. Eduardo even completed the bidet installation! I never have cash in my house so I was thankful that they took payment through Zelle. I'm so thankful

Sergio and the RMR team did a spectacular job plumbing our new kitchen (2 sinks, island, refrigerator, dishwasher) and complete reroute of lines out of slab. We had a slab leak in our house and I called some company for the estimate but didn't like the plumber and didn't feel he was knowledgeable to diagnose the leak. After doing my research and reading the reviews I called RMR plumbing. Eduardo is great, he explained everything in detail and had a lot of patience in answering all my questions. The next day, Sunday, he and his team were working all day, they found the leak (a completely different pipe from what the previous plumber told me ) and rerouted the pipes. They are very professional and neat. They made sure to cover our floor and isolate the furniture from the dust. I will definitely recommend them!
