Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I called the tech. He Came out I showed him how simple the job was (5’ from the clean out, easy access) he said $340+ but that I even use a water cleaner that would cut the roots off short at 1200.+$$. He said the RotoRooter prices on the internet do not apply to the San Diego RotoRooter dealership and would not honor the $99. Price on the website. I called ASI they promptly came and unclogged asks I used a root cutter all for $57.00 with a 120 day warranty!!!!!!

I had an EPICALLY clogged sewer drain. Cristian was wonderful. He was organized, methodical, and very professional. I also needed the toilet replaced, and he found the perfect one for my situation. All I wanted was to have a garbage disposal replaced. The quote was over $1,000 (parts and labor) or a cheaper replacement for $700 (parts and labor). Wayyyy too much. But, I loved that the representative called me and quoted me over the phone. That’s all I wanted … not an appointment. So it all was good as far as customer service. Just a bit too pricey for me at this time. Got it done by someone else for $400.00. Done! My rating is for customer service … not the cost.
