The team at Equinox Roofing was great, always keeping the job site clean and organized. We met with four or five roofing contractors and Ben was the only one who took the time to explain the various roofing methods and materials and provided a competitive quote to boot. I appreciated the level of communication and flexibility during the project, which was stressful on my part as I was coordinating multiple contractors. Ben was accommodating and easy to work with, even when we encountered surprises requiring more work (and more budget). The crew was prompt and pleasant and they cleaned up after themselves when work was complete. Ben is wonderful. Honest, knowledgable and patient with those of us who have never installed a new roof before. He answered all our questions and reviewed in detail what the different methods, materials and options were, I appreciated the education and there was no doubt choosing Equinox was the right choice for us. Pricing was fair and clear, permitting and final inspection were handled without my involvement. On site, the crew was polite, super hard working and kept the area/sidewalks clean multiple times throughout the day to ensure my neighbors could pass safely. The roof looks beautiful!
