I couldn't be happier with Val Betti Plumbing. They arrived on time, wore booties and face coverings, and their demeanor was professional. They quickly did their job, and everything works perfectly now. It turns out that another workman did not secure my dishwasher (not the plumbers' job) , and when I asked Val's opinion as to how I should resolve this issue, he stopped by the next day and fixed it himself and refused to charge me. My experience with Val Betti Plumbing was 5 star from start to finish. I called into the office to schedule someone to come out and fix a leak we sprung on our sprinkler system. The person I spoke to was very helpful and got me scheduled for an appointment within a couple of days. The tech they sent texted me to let me know he was on his way, and showed up right on time.
