I am BLOWN away by the amazing customer service and compassion of this company. Long story short we had another company install a brand new unit and shortly after it was apparent that they cut corners. It was over 90 degrees out and the AC abruptly stopped working. The company who installed the until was no where to be found and would not return calls for days. Desperate, we called a ton of companies and the only one who seemed to care was HVAC Consulting solutions. Traci was so understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond to get a technician out same day to assist us. I will never use another HVAC company besides HVAC Consulting Solutions again!
