I decided to use Innovative Air & Heating Repair when it came time to replace my old water heater. The technician came right on time and was friendly and professional. He did quality work and you can tell he is a perfectionist. He also explained in detail how to maintain and care for the water heater and showed how to do everything. Overall, an excellent experience.

One of the most professional companies I have hired. Prompt, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. When servicing my older system, they took the time to explain and point out issues they saw. Took photos of everything measured or replaced. When installing the new system, they arrived when they said and had the system installed in about five hours. It is working great. A few days later I called and said we thought we were smelling a faint odor of gas. A technician arrived within the hour and tightened a cap on the gas line. Problem solved. As always, the Innovative Air & Heating Repair got in touch to prompt me on a routine service of my unit, duly attended, serviced the unit and left in good order. I was happy to renew my service contract with them which was held at the same price as last year.
