I decided to use Innovative Air & Heating Repair when it came time to replace my old water heater. The technician came right on time and was friendly and professional. He did quality work and you can tell he is a perfectionist. He also explained in detail how to maintain and care for the water heater and showed how to do everything. Overall, an excellent experience.

My technician from Innovative Air & Heating Repair was very professional and efficient. He checked both of our AC units on the roof. He took photos of each unit and the readings of how they were working then explained what they meant. The evaporator coils were dirty and he was able to clean them while he was here. He took before and after photos of each coil. He explained options and cost before doing any work.
