Ruben came out for a diagnostic test and he was great! He answered all of our questions and helped us schedule our next appt. To diagnose our duct work in order to move forward with a solution. He was very helpful and nice, we look forward to continuing to work with Spot On.

My kitchen drain line needed a clean out and I had been delaying it for awhile. I saw a flyer from Spot On with specials, including a kitchen drain line clean. I thought it was a good deal so why not jump on it and try Spot On. Their technology is great, giving me notifications on when the technician would be here and I could track him. Levi arrived on time and was very friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and after I explained what I was looking for he said he would take care of it. He got right to work and did an excellent job. He showed me certain things and helped me understand some others. Even gave me some advice to help out the drain. There were no hidden fees or costs of any kind, just honest hard work. I really appreciated the transparency and would absolutely recommend them to anyone because I would use them again.
