This company is highly ineffective!!! If it was up to me, I would have never chosen them. Unfortunately, I utilized my home warranty company and this is who they sent. Not only did I have to wait over two weeks for an appt, when the guy came out, he was here for less than 15 minutes. He said the loud and obnoxious noise that out A/C was making was because the fan blades were slightly loose. I’m not an HVAC person, but somehow his over simplified answer seemed inaccurate. He never provided me an invoice for the “work” he said he performed and within 48 hours, the noise was back. When I reached out to them again, they said it would be another 2 weeks to come out…it was triple degree weather and by this point, the A/C had completely stopped. My husband decided to call someone on our own and we were lucky enough to find Air Pro here in Redding. Our problem was fixed right away….we needed a new blower motor!
