Our air conditioner broke on a Friday night and we were having a large party the next day. It quickly rose to 95 degrees inside my house. I called ATA and there were two employees there within 90 minutes and they fixed the problem that night. Two weekends later, another part on the A/C unit broke- this was on a Sunday afternoon. Again, they arrived within 90 minutes of us calling and again fixed the problem. I recommend this company for their promptness and ability to quickly solve the problem.
