My AC has not worked well for over 6 years despite multiple visits by other companies. Kudos to Robert who got the system working better than ever. Fixed a broken part, a rip in the duct work and replaced the filter with a high quality reusable one. I don’t usually give reviews, but would definitely recommend this company. ???? We asked for quote to fix our furnace that was leaking water. When the technician told us that we needed a new furnace. The cost of the new furnace was over 4K. They took a deposit of $459 on our credit card. We got a second opinion by another company. This other company came and fixed our furnace in few minutes. There was blockage in one of the pipes. When we called universal heating the same day to tell them that we had fixed it and that we wouldn't need their services, they told my husband on the phone that the deposit would get reimbursed within 3 to 4 business days since they did not perform any services. We still haven't get that reimbursed to this day and that was back in July. The receptionist that we talked over the phone about getting properly reimbursed was rude and would not let us talk to a supervisor.

They listened to my concerns and took some time to find out if he could remedy the issue, and obviously he started it out for me immediately. He kept me informed and was polite, courteous, and professional.
