Hall's has helped us twice now. Each time we were given options and estimates upfront. They have been professional and very helpful.

We contacted Hall's Plumbing to replace a leaking garbage disposal. Orlando provided great communication and replaced the unit quickly and professionally. Would definitely use Hall's again...although hopefully we won't have to anytime soon! Service: Garbage disposal installation

Well we certainly experienced quite the journey with Hall’s. They installed a State Select water heater as we required a direct vent. Cost us $950 more than what was originally quoted but found out that direct vents are going to be more expensive and it was not the model they typically use. Once installed it did not keep the pilot light on. We had to restart 2-3 times daily. We informed them of this issue and they were all over it. They came out and offered recommendations and when that didn’t work contacted the manufacturer who recommended a replacement part. That didn’t work either so the manufacturer approved a replacement. The replacement now seems to be working fine. This experience was a real pain but Hall’s never gave up on us. Everyone at Hall’s were professional and sensitive to our challenges.
