Our a/c had failed us 3 times last summer, so we had been thinking about overhauling the whole thing for a while. When I scheduled heater maintenance around Nov, I met Scott, and I told him about our situation. He was very professional, knowledgeable and gave his suggestions without any pressure, which I appreciated. After sitting on it for a couple months, we finally pulled the trigger. Scott’s team was very professional, courteous, and efficient. In 2 days they were able to take apart and dispose of our old furnace, ac, venting, condenser, and replace them all. Additionally, they relocated the heater to the attic crawl space, so we got an extra closet! I cannot express how great everything came out. Scott and his team delivered everything they said they would, and helped give us peace of mind with the oncoming cold and hot days. I would definitely recommend Nelson air for anything heating or air conditioning related.
