Action Roofing Service

Emailed to get an estimate. Tina emailed me back saying she would send out her estimator. No one called or showed for over two weeks. Called Tina back got answering machine. Left message and never got a reply. Abominable customer service, would not recommend anyone wasting their time on this company.

Elvin and the crew came out this morning and did a great job inspecting our concrete tile roof, cleaning all the valleys and gutters and scraping off moss etc. We called Action Roofing after watching them perform similar work on a neighbor's tile roof and could not be more satisfied with their work. Elvin gave us a complete assessment of the roof and all the work done to make it storm ready. We will call on them again for any roofing needs. We asked for an inspection and they responded very quickly. They responded that they were not experts on the type of roof we were asking about. They referred us to another company and were very gracious.
