He as well recommended some more options for future work explaining all of the possibilities and options I can take. The pricing is a little high but its quality over everything for me and Sonny does deliver their quality which represents the type of care this business exhibits. I'll be choosing them for my work. I called to ask for a diagnostic on my AC that wasn't working and they were the only company that offered a waived diagnostic fee if we chose their services. They had someone come out the next day (today) the technician Gabriel called and said he could be here earlier than the quoted time which worked out great. He was friendly and explained everything that was wrong and what he recommended. He installed a new motor same day and now we finally have a working AC again! No more dreaded hot house.
