Richard and Paul did an amazing job diagnosing the problem with my water heater. Richard spoke with the warranty company and ordered the parts which came the next day. Richard did all that while still having the best friendly attitude. Richard’s pleasant and knowledgeable attitude made this unfortunate experience of a broken heat exchanger and fan so much more better. I felt a relief that he knew what he was doing. Thank you ????

Prompt scheduling from the office. Richard and Lance showed up on time and were very courteous! They listened to me, examined all the plumbing related to the issue we are having.
