I had a scheduled appointment for 4/20 between 10:30-11. Thomas had a very hard time finding my home. I eventually waited outside for Thomas to arrive. While waiting outside Thomas drove by me twice, and the last time sped off after I was trying to flag him down. Thomas called me 5 minutes later to tell me he had something to do. I believe this was so unprofessional and rude. Thomas didn’t even stop to let me know. I left work to meet him and he didn’t even have the decency to let me know. I do not recommend using this company.

We hired Thomas electrical for the installation of a chandelier to be hung from a very high roof. It was a difficult job that multiple electricians attempted and backed out . Thomas was confident from the get go. His approach was professional and timely. His installation was neat and clean. He had some very creative ways of problem solving. His team members were respectful and were good to work with and the job was completed in a timely manner . They even returned to the job for some finishing touches to make it perfect .
