I’ve used these guys for years, in 2 different homes I’ve owned. They have always been good to me! Their service is prompt, professional, and top notch. From a full boiler rework, and a side arm install, to full HVAC heating & air units replaced, and most recently a main line issue. Phil, and his guys stand behind what they put their name on, and that means a lot. Their prices are competitive, and I believe they truly care about the families they serve. Their work from their team was professional, thank you. The business end is not integral. We needed quick service and pay methods were check or credit card, we could be invoiced after first service. Since the work was being done in 24 hours, we had to use credit card (our corporate office is in Florida.) At no time were we told that there would be an additional fee added to our invoice to cover their processing fee, and no amount listed in the bid. When seeking a copy of the paid invoice, I spoke to an office manager and I was told "just as you take money out of an ATM and there is a fee, you should expect a fee for paying with a CC." (In my business career, I have never!) Based on this conversation, I would not use or recommend their service.
I can’t say enough great things about Omar & John from Plumb Pros! They installed two new toilets and cleaned my drain to the street. They were prompt, courteous, and answered my many questions…they really knew their stuff. I would definitely recommend. Service: Toilet repair
