Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I called a few places and Roto-Rooter was the first to respond to my calls. I used them to run the main sewer line and both bathroom secondary lines as well as the laundry room secondary. Work was done completely and they cleaned up well afterwards. I would recommend and use again. Price was fairly high but honestly I think all plumbing prices have increased. I was also no t in a position to haggle I needed my lines cleaned and Roto-Rooter did just that efficiently and the same day I called! Service: Plumbing

It took a little longer to get a technician than the dispatcher had told me, but my technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job. It's a recurring problem so I've had a lot of people out, sometimes others will charge it as a cheaper job, but I haven't always been happy with them. Rotor Rooter came today because I had a basement drain plugged up on a 60 year old home. the day before I had another company come and they simply said they couldn’t unplug it and also broke my main line cover. Rotor Rooter came and did an evaluation, cleaned out the drain, used a camera to let me know what was going on and made a recommendation to clean my main line as well. I was ecstatic, and they have a 6 month guarantee to keep that drain unplugged. The other company was going to dig up the concrete in the basement and would show me the pictures why I need the work unless I paid $225 for the pictures!!
