Adam came out to unclog my main line. I have old pipes but Adam got it unclogged in no time! He was kind, and respectful of my property. He was even able to give me a discount on the cost. Rotor Rooter came today because I had a basement drain plugged up on a 60 year old home. the day before I had another company come and they simply said they couldn’t unplug it and also broke my main line cover. Rotor Rooter came and did an evaluation, cleaned out the drain, used a camera to let me know what was going on and made a recommendation to clean my main line as well. I was ecstatic, and they have a 6 month guarantee to keep that drain unplugged. The other company was going to dig up the concrete in the basement and would show me the pictures why I need the work unless I paid $225 for the pictures!!
