After a very stressful and disrespectful meeting with technician, found out the $500 service he diagnosed wasn’t the issue at all. Then had to pay the $200 service fee. Not professional, find another business with honest helpful technicians.
What technician agreed on price is different when they take payment, they won’t provide scope of work and told me warranty is valid to only say after payment was received that they do not provide warranty for service. Joke company, work with a company that is transparent. Caitlin and Jayvon refuse to provide call log or itemized invoice of the work done. Services: Water heater repair, Garbage disposal repair
2 fellas came out to see me ☺️ They were very professional, answer my questions and took pictures. They gave me few options (which I love to get). They both have a good sense of humor ????
