Tried to charge us $316 for a part my husband found online for $13, and $27 at Ace. $200 diagnostic fee. My husband expressed to the serviceman that he did not appreciate being put in a lose/lose situation where he had to get swindled $316 to quickly replace a $13 part, (total price $550), OR just pay the $204 on the diagnostic fee and have to call another vendor and start over. The serviceman did not take kindly to this, was disrespectful, and the owner handled the situation even worse. In the end, this issue was caused from a leaky line, and the $316 capacitor tested out just fine.
Was highly impressed in the services I received from 1-800-Plumber. Their technician was very courteous, professional and prompt, and knowledgeable of the subject matter. Will use them again as well as recommend them to anyone in the Aurora/Denver area anytime. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance, Heating system repair
I would highly recommend this place. They scheduled fast, great communication with detail explanations what happened to out HVAC.
