Called and had service within 24 hours of the call without any extra charge. The availability was great; the scheduled window of arrival was for two hours. Fair. My technician, Malcolm Gordon called with a good lead of time to make it back home before he arrived. He was timely, friendly and upfront, informative and thorough with his work. Thank you guys! We called APC about a gas smell coming from our HVAC system. Ricky was the technician on call. He was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to diagnose and figure out where the gas leak was coming from. Come to find out it was our water heater! I will be recommending APC to everyone I know. Thank you Ricky!
Technician Ben was very professional and pleasant to have working in the house. He was on time, explained as he was working so I could understand better the problem.
