I haven't even received a quote yet and I can already tell you, Casey is fantastic to work with! He's professional and personable. He talked to me about my plans for the future - living in or selling the house - when discussing what kind of AC/furnace replacement we want to go with. He seemed to have plenty of time to discuss my needs, and I didn't feel like he was rushing to the next job.

Casey of Dad's Heat and AC was fantastic today. Scheduling was easy and the communication (automated and personal) around the appointment was excellent. Casey was at the house in the scheduled time window and was super friendly and pleasant from the get go. Casey got right to work diagnosing the issue I had and found the problem in short order. We chatted while he worked and he was happy to explain what he was doing and checking. He found the problem, had the needed part, and got it installed and tested quick and efficient. From previous experience with HVAC companies, I was braced for the hard sell on replacing the whole furnace and AC system but Casey was happy to fix the issue I was having today and then give me some hard data about how the system was performing and his assessment of the life left in the system. NO upsell pressure. I will be calling Casey again for any future problems and he will be getting my business when the system is ready for replacement. It is always awesome w
