The company cleaned one of the sewer lines for a rental home. I was unhappy with some things, so originally left a negative review. But what really was awesome is that the manager called me about the review and asked what they could do to rectify the situation. They gave me a significant refund and indicated that some training for one of the employees was needed. I think that’s very responsive and shows concern for their business reputation. ???????? Roto-Rooter tech that came out was great. We had a leak upon flushing going to the floor below, he troubleshooting the issue, found the problem and fixed it in a short amount of time. Will be doing business with them again. Service: Toilet repair
