Everything was fine until the work actually started - window installation. Poor quality, cutting corners everywhere. Window manufacturer came to try to fix and said it was one of worst installations they’d seen. One example - Exterior window frames weren’t nailed it and now coming apart. No response to requests to fix. Now spending thousands to redo shoddy work. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for.
