Dr. Drain

Our sewer line to the street was almost completely blocked. I called the office number in the morning, scheduled an appointment for the afternoon, and they showed up exactly on time. Their system consistently texts and emails you to keep you up-to-date on what is happening. Brett, our technician, was super friendly and did a great job. I can't speak more highly of my experience with Jordan at Dr. Drain. My boiler quit working so we were without heat and hot water for several days with a cold snap coming. My boiler is 17 years old. The first two companies I had come out and take a look told me that it would be pricey to repair bc the parts are hard to find given this boiler is no longer being made, and because of it's age, they strongly recommended I invest in a brand new boiler system. The cost of doing so is incredibly high so I thought I'd get one more opinion.
