After a fallen tree took out our power, I called Ion to see if they could fix it. I called first thing in the morning on New Year's Eve, expecting to be added to the queue and thinking it would be many days before power was restored. Our power was back on by 3:00 that afternoon! Great team of workers, reliable, on time and within budget. Owner is a great communicator and all his employees are spot on. Did a great job on my house
Expensive, as most electricians are, but extremely thorough. They went above and beyond to get a high voltage electrical outlet working again for us. They did track mud all over our floors, but after we pointed it out, they politely started taking off their shoes when they came indoors.
