I contacted Norm's plumbing to remove and replace a (3) handle bath tub fixture where I had already removed the wall covering. After emailing some photos of the old to be removed and the new fixture to be installed, Ernie quoted me a reasonable price but said he was booked for the next 5-6 weeks. Briefly after that, I got a call saying that Doug could respond in about (3) weeks. He arrived within the agreed time frame (9-10am) and did an efficient and professional job in less time than the original estimate. Therefore, the price was adjusted downward. I cannot recommend Norm's Plumbing enough. Not only did they accurately diagnose the issue they saved me money and fixed it on the spot. Ernie was professional, efficient, clearly an expert in the industry, and extra kind to my exuberant dog. I have used Norm for all of my plumbing needs at my Hudson home since 2008. He is prompt, always calls me back, prices reasonably, and the work is absolutely bullet proof. I am happy to recommend him as a good reliable plumber is hard to find.
