Ernie is one of the friendliest folks around and always does great, complete work.
I had a horrible experience with another plumber who charged less so when the hot water heater broke, I went back to Norm's plumbing. Doug came out first thing in the morning, installed it and cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable. I will never switch again!
I cannot recommend Norm's Plumbing enough. Not only did they accurately diagnose the issue they saved me money and fixed it on the spot. Ernie was professional, efficient, clearly an expert in the industry, and extra kind to my exuberant dog.
