I chose Roof Masters based on their excellent reviews, particularly in the area of customer service and I wasn't disappointed in the least. Monica, the owner, was adept in working with my insurance company to insure that my claim was processed correctly. The roof work itself was top notch. Very reliable, the workmanship was excellent. I called Roof Masters to provide an estimate for repairs on my roof following a home inspection. Jamie came out the same day I called and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She clearly knew her business and went out of her way to work with me and give me an honest and fair estimate of what it would take to make the roof integral. Both she and Monica worked with me to try and get a fair price while not cutting corners in the quality of the work. Jamie showed me exactly what the problems were and was very straightforward as to what the correct fix was. I felt that I was dealing with people that really cared about me as a customer as well as doing quality work.
