Very responsive to request for quote. Scheduling was easy. They called back and said they had a cancellation and could come same day. Sales consultant (Chris) was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Came up with great methods to route HVAC electrical & plumbing for less visible impact to our home. Estimate explained in great detail, including energy rebates. Very professional and courteous of our home.

Save Home Heat has been exceptional in their service start to finish. They were available same day when our AC went out twice. The office staff was kind and sent out a message with the name and picture of our technician. I greatly appreciated that for safety reasons. We had Byron work with us for both repairs. He was very professional, patient with questions and friendly. When our kids were in the yard he was also very conscientious about their safety as he worked.
