Very responsive to request for quote. Scheduling was easy. They called back and said they had a cancellation and could come same day. Sales consultant (Chris) was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Came up with great methods to route HVAC electrical & plumbing for less visible impact to our home. Estimate explained in great detail, including energy rebates. Very professional and courteous of our home.

Russ and Kyle installed a water softener today. During the initial visit, Russ explained everything clearly and didn't try to sell me something we didn't need, like a 2nd carbon filter unit which another company's estimator said I would need to get rid of the chlorine smell/taste - Russ said it's not needed. He also recommended a whole house filter which doesn't require regular filter replacement. We also had them install a mini-split system last fall, which we're really enjoying now that it's summer. They always respond quickly, especially Bryan, who would return my email within an hour each time. Great company!
