Tim was very personable and was able to fix four faucets. He had the parts that were needed so he didn't have to make several trips. The kitchen faucet was installed 18 years ago and is no longer available. We were so glad that Tim could fix it so that we didn't have to replace it with something that would not have been as nice. Tim is a class act. The shutoff valve in my basement developed a leak and I needed a quick repair. Tim had the water turned off at the street in less than a hour. When he came to do the work he saw that the problem could be easily fixed with an adjustment to the packing nut and had the leak fixed in seconds. To top it off, he didn't charge me a dime despite my offers. Tim is is a professional, honest, hard working guy and I will be recommending him without hesitation to anyone looking for a plumber.
