If there were a manner by which to rate zero stars, I would. PLEASE BEWARE. There are far better roofing company's to choose from. As other customers have stated, a door-to-door salesman came to my mother's home in November 2021. It is December 2022 and we are still dealing with this company trying to resolve the issues they caused. They did not even get the right color shingle, not to mention the leaking. My mother is 70yrs old. She is also on a small fixed income and has very little to her name other than her home. Which is exactly what she told this salesman, who proceeded to take full advantage of my mother's elderly state. This salesman convinced my mother her roof would be "free", or she'd just have to pay the deductible on her insurance. He made her believe she was merely signing a document to give him "permission" to contact her insurance and to take a tour of the roof with the insurance adjuster, after which he would provide a final estimate. I wasn't sure if I had damage or not but Mr. Jaymon was very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. If I ever need a roof in the future he will be who I call.
