What an amazing experience! I've been struggling to find a good contractor to do repairs on my home. I called Jack the Roofer hoping to get an estimate on a roof repair from a hail storm. Jack came out to do a free estimate. I love how knowledgeable Jack is, and detected the repairs that needed to be done right away. Straight to the point, no upsell-- for a very reasonable price and great customer service. You get text or email reminders of your appointment and if you send over a question to the office, you get a response right away. This company is an example to all the business owners and contractors of how a business should be run, and that no job is too small. Jack came out to do the repairs himself. Between appointments worked on getting the tile matched up with the current tile I have and even brought a couple extra ones to make sure- talk about thinking ahead!
