Jim was fantastic! He found the issue with our furnace, and was back within 2 days to do the work for us. He kept me looped in on the entire process, showing me all the work he was doing. He even went above and beyond to fix up a few other things on our unit. I will 100% call them again in the future for any repairs I need.
I had a great experience with JC Mechanical and would definitely recommend them and call on them again in the future! My air conditioner was not cooling during some very hot days, and they had a technician out to my home the day after my call. They did not impose a fee for the diagnostic visit, unlike other companies. My technician Nixon was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Nixon was amazing. Our heater went out on a 12° day. He arrived quickly and was very courteous. He wore his boot covers, even though we told him it was no big deal. He was very respectful of our property and a joy to chat with. He is very knowledgeable and made quick work of our repair. Heater is working great now. Many thanks!!
